Pensions Consultative Committee

The Leonardo pension arrangements (FuturePlanner and the two legacy schemes - the Leonardo Electronics Pension Scheme and the Leonardo Helicopters Pension Scheme) maintain close contact with employee representatives. 

The Company has designed and developed the pension arrangements by working closely with employees and their representatives. This is done via the Pensions Consultative Committee which provides a forum in which information and views about the pension arrangements can be exchanged. 

The Pensions Consultative Committee is also asked for input when the Trustees review and/or amend the nomination and selection process that is followed when seeking new Trustees.
