Consultative groups

FuturePlanner maintains close contact with employee representatives.

The Company has designed and developed FuturePlanner by working closely with employees and their representatives.

There are two consultative bodies on pension matters within Leonardo: the Pensions Council for the Helicopters division and the Pensions Consultative Committee for the Electronics businesses. They provide forums in which information and views about FuturePlanner can be exchanged.

The consultative groups are also asked for input when the Trustees review and/or amend the nomination and selection process that is followed when seeking new Trustees.
