What to do if you don’t want to be in FuturePlanner.

Opting out

If you are sure you don’t want to be in FuturePlanner, you should complete the member opt-out form. If you opt out of FuturePlanner, you will be automatically enrolled back into the Plan every three years, or if you reach certain age or earnings triggers.

Leaving the Plan

The member opt-out form is also the form you need to complete if you decide you want to leave FuturePlanner as an existing member.
